It's obvious Andy either hasn't paid much attention to this recent T.O. stuff, or he simply hasn't decided how best to deal with it.  He's being even more non-committal than usual in his responses.

I don't know - when Eskin asked if he would suspend TO, he said something like "We'll see" - I would have expected more of a denial there...
An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.

when told that david akers said on wip this morning that TO was definitely affecting the locker room andy said "i dont know anything about what those guys are thinking"

No...he isn't that bad after a friday practice.  I bet he got into a shouting match with TO.  How could you not send him home after the shtein he did.
