I am baking a cake for my daughter's Brownie Troop. I was thinking about a chocolate layer cake. But have re-considered. I was all set to make chocolate peanutbutter surprise cake, but then I remembered that one of the little darlings was allergic to peanuts. So I settled on a Pineapple Upsidedown Cake. But, alas, I don't have a good recipe for one. So instead, I think I will just snack on lots and lots of hair pie.
