I love nothing more than both the almighty Sox and Yanks being eliminated in the division series. You could feel the dejection in Chris Bermans voice when Renteria got out.

slow down...the yanks aren't out yet.  :-D

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Rome

Great.  Now we have to deal with Red Sox fans whining for another year.

Arrogant haughty Red Sox fans are more tolerable than whiny, bitching Red Sox fans.  Even my friend hunt will agree with that.

:P

couldnt agree more...but even though at the time it was one of the more sickening moments in sports history the best thing that could have ever happened was their run last year...the disgusting whining is at a minimum this year...even they realize how pathetic it would look if they bitched after what happened last year

I'm glad they lost. I grew very tired of hearing the Boston fans and the media pumping the Sawx up.

I'm rooting for the White Sox now. Why? Because if they win it I want to see the Cubs fans shtein themselves in anger.

cubs fans are already at a very high annoyance level...nerd nazi george will leading the pack...the white sox winning would take their act to a new level...they would be the medias new red sox and trust me we do not want that

The Angels got screwed on that strike 3 call...  :P

Sgt PSN

Yeah they did.  Gotta respect Soscia's (sp?) comments afterwards though.  Instead of blaming the umps for a terrible call he simply said that they didn't play well enough to win.  And when asked against instant replay he said that he's still against it.

MDS

If that happened to Bowa....oh man, excuse central 101.

I'd like to think it was more of a great hustle by AJ Pierzynski. :D
