Stan Verret (sp) and Qadry Ismail (sp) and Linda Cohn:

They were saying things similar to, "Kickers (referring to Akers) love to pretend they're hurt so they can come back and be the hero."

LC:  Not good for this man (Akers).  Opening kickoff David Akers (bad kick).  Whoops.
QI: (sarcastically) Oh, my hamstring!
SV: (poking fun) OWWWWWWWWWW!
QI: I'm hurting!
LC: (sarcastically at QI SV) Nice sound effects guys, he was hurting.
SV: Owwwww!

cut to scene Akers on ground after opening kickoff:
SV:  Looks like he got shot or something
QI:  OWwww, my leg! ...the Ishium.

LC: Guess who's back?!?
SV: (sarcastically) Willis Reed!
QI: (during Akers' kick - poking fun at the situation) I think I can! I think I can!
SV: HAHA...Look at his face! (Akers grimicing in pain)
QI: Oh the humanity!
SV: Hahahaha

LC: Now let's hear from the guy you guys have been making fun of...no, just kidding.
SV: OHHHHhhh my leg!
(cut to Akers press conference)

For those of you who like to stick it to the man:

Pass.  Pass. Pass. PUNT.  No pro bowl WR's.  Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  Retarded special teams.  Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  "I've got to do a better job."  Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  Running game shines for 3 plays. Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  No adjustments anywhere.  Pass.  Pass. Pass. PUNT.  (repeat)

They are just pissed because they are no longer playing. Ismail should have stayed in college. He never materialized in the NFL.

Was he the "rocket" or the "missle"?
:-D

I can't believe ESPN would allow that.

Pregame ESPN all picked TO over Moss as the best reciever.

Fox Pregame all picked Moss.

I heard 'em.

Cohn's mad because she looks like the Broncos logo.

Let 'em make fun. Farg the jerks.

Eaglez

Someone needs to give Randy Moss a lollipop on some of his plays. He never does anything on the field when the ball isn't coming his way. It's pretty pathetic.

Moss had more yards.  TO had more TD's.

Eagles win, so does TO.

Yup, I hope those extra 6 yards keep Moss nice and warm on the long ass flight back to Cali.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not  :-D

Anyways, Raghib 'The Rocket' Ismail went to the Toronto Argos after his career with ND was over. The guy who used to own the Kings (Bruce McNall I think?) offered him a huge deal to play for them, so he went. The Raiders drafted him in the 4th round (I think) and kept his rights in case he ever decided to go into the NFL. He did and played for them and the Girls.

Quadry was drafted by Minnesota and played for them for a few years. He later signed with the Pack and I think he finished up his career with the Phins or Browns.
