Oakland: It doesn't matter how many touchdowns Randy Moss registers, because the Raiders' secondary will surrender more than he scores. The NFL, team officials have been around long enough to know, is not a league where you consistently win shootouts. There already have been changes at linebacker, but those moves were a little like applying a band-aid to a malignant tumor. And with the game on the line, quarterback Kerry Collins hasn't been able to deliver. The presence of Moss and Terrell Owens at Lincoln Financial Field Sunday makes for a neat subplot. Alas, the Raiders will find a burial plot for their playoff hopes when the Eagles' defense blitzes Collins into too many turnovers.
