Wow, you really think you're the only one who knows that word? It's used all the time on the 49er forums that I read. I'm looking forward to seing how upset you are that the game was closer than you thought.  ;)

30-0 Eagles

Don't kid yourself, no one will be upset if it's close, as long as the Eagles win.

Crabguts acts like he's already conceded the game.

Nope, I think we can beat you. If we can run the ball, you will lose.

:-D :-D That reminds me of a line from Terminator, [arnold]if it bleeds, we can kill it.[/arnold]

We've been run on a lot the last few years, although not for 200 yds. I feel you'll be able to run the ball somewhat, but running the ball and running the ball well are two different things against this D.

Yeah, I know. I mean run the ball well. If we can utilize the running game to control the clock, I think our defense has a chance to stop your offense, If not, we may be in for a long day of watching you tire out our poor defense that's been on the field for 2/3 of the game.

You just can't argue with 7 sacks.

You think that the offense the Niners have will score 27 pts. against the D the Eagles have?? I don't think so. Atlanta couldn't do it with 200 rushing yards and Trotter on the bench.

Yeah, but Atlanta is Atlanta...and they're perpetually mediocre.   Besides, here's the problem.  Rattay is going to get killed.  I don't see him lasting through the 3rd quarter because he's roughly as mobile as stone.  But Alex Smith...he's one hell of a QB and he's better on the run (from what I've seen).

Man, no friggen' way the Niners score over 20 pts. against the Eagles. NO WAY, I don't care who is a qb.

So, your logic is that the Niners starting qb gets knocked out of the game, and the backup comes in and wins it for them? ::) ::) ::) ::)

We'll see.  I'm just calling it like I see it.  I have a bad feeling about the Eagles this weekend.  I've also got a feeling that Donovan might not make it out alive.  :o
