BTW--www.donwest.org is the best website ever. He actually hosts a sports radio talk show now, yet can't seem to list the Braves pitchers correctly (clip is on the site, as well as the infamous video where he knocks over a giant stack of cards and proceeds to swim in them). Yet, that pretty much makes him a standard sports radio talk show host.

I used to watch that cards selling show of his while drunk and laugh. Hell even when I was sober I'd laugh.

He is my undenyable idol. I love that man like a son. My saturday nights were never the same without staying up til 2am to watch him do his thing (hey, I was 12, it was the "hip" thing to do at the time).

I can remember staying up til 1am on Friday and Saturday nights for television-related things.

Friday for "Friday Night Videos"

Saturday for "Saturday Night Live"

Of course, in our little hick town (Honey Brook- Phreak probably knows where that is.) there was no cable until the 1990s. I didn't have my MTV when it actually played videos.

You know what the best was though? When the scene would get really bright and the picture would come in crystal clear for just a second. Sadly, lesbian porn movies with explosions are few and far between.

I don't remember any of those. But I do remember other times of explosions.........no, not in my pants. I lived with the guy who Alfred Molinas characters was based on in Boogie Nights. Well, theres that little Asian dude always blowing up the fireworks. They interrupted my scrambled porn watching.

Made the decision while watching the game at a bar today that I'm going to make the switch to satellite before next season. I'm just sick of having to leave my house to watch the Eagles.

Although, they fared a lot better than last week, when I watched at home.
