Ike Reese was on DNL yesterday and even he said that D.Hall didn't shut down TO. He said when you give up 7 for 112 that's not shutting anyone down.

Of course Mora will be pissed at Ike for saying that considering Jimmy was telling Hall that he shut him down.

I think you could see Lamar Gordon used as a FB in the future...when he gets up to speed.  Then say bye-bye to Murp ti free up a roster spot for McDougle or the resigning of Chad Lewis. 

It kinda makes sense since AR went with Murp over Ritchie since Murp seems to have better hands.  Gordon as a FB would just give the Eagles yet another weapon out there...and he'd be used much like Mike Anderson was a few years back in Denver...he was the FB but still got a few carries/catches when the situation called for it (short yardage or a hot read).

That's my line of thinking, I'd rather have Gordon & Westbrook sharing the backfield.  Spach could play spot duty as FB (I think I saw Parry only for 4-5 plays the entire game) while we bring back Chad.

TO wasn't shut down, no one is saying that but Hall and Mora. I'm just saying TO could've played a lot better which results in a better chance at winning that game.

Trotter should give the fine as a donation to the hurricane relief. When you get fined, you are allowed to donate that money to your favorite charity rather than giving it to the NFL.

The NFL donates fine money to charity anyway.

TO was shut down from doing anything helpful. Those yards were mostly meaningless and he dropped a few key passes. Douche.

That 3rd and 5 was farging ridiculous.  So was that effort after the interception.  He took a lot of plays less than seriously.  And I was disappointed, but not surprised.

Then again, none of them threatened to cause problems without a contract renegotiation, either.
