McDougle Apparently Shot In Miami Last Night - Breaking News...

I think that the second round of shots was intitially confused as McDougle or someone with him firing back at the suspects, when it was actually the suspects firing more shots at McDougle.  Anyway, this story is no different than anything else, facts and fiction blur until everything is sorted out.

PS...the official police report lists NO SIGN of a gun for Doogs. Where that nonsense is even coming from, I have no idea.

with the reports of "shots fired" is my guess.

IF he did happen to have a gun i'll betcha a lot of people will self delete the posts in that sean taylor thread.

personally, i think he did have a gun,  for the reason as why would he get out of the car to go after them AFTER he got shot if he wasnt intending to shoot back??

regardless, here;s hoping he pulls through!

Well if that's the case, he could've shot and killed them and wouldn't be held responsible.  So even if he had a gun in his vehicle, he's in the clear.  No need to worry about that then.   
Now we can just worry about his health.

ANd why in the hell would anyone change their posts in the Taylor thread? Taylor went around waving his gun for no real reason. If McDougle HAD shot back, it was OBVIOUSLY in self-defense. Two completely different situations.

FWIW, I was just talking to my stepdad (doctor)who said that the fact that he is talking and has been upgraded to "good" is really, REALLY good news. Because it means they missed his intestines which, if hit, would have been a LOT more serious and would have caused extended surgery and usually infection when hit with a bullet. He said that Doogs COULD be back in a couple of months.
