Ok I may be able to make that weekend.

And yes, I will bankroll some fruity umbrella drinks for igy

i was literally in vegas two weeks ago but sure i'm in.

but that weekend is also the eagles @ den. i'd rather do that. there are a farg ton of indian reservation casinos right outside of denver that i've been to before. not the same vibe but still fun and i don't see this crew clubbin it up too much anyway.

i'm also going to austin that next weekend so may have to turn this into a "work" trip somehow. i've taken off about 30 days from work already this year and it's only may.

if you do a trip around a football weekend...whats the best way to work it and how many days is enough in vegas

i was thinking get in thurs nite and leave tues morn....does that sound right??

Thurs-Tues is a perfect trip. That's usually what I do. I get in on a Wednesday night on the late flight and leave Tuesday afternoon/evening. That gives you college Saturday, NFL Sunday/Monday night and sleeping in Tuesday.

Yeah I am not going to any clubs in or even in Houston. I hate the club scene. And in Vegas you get charged 100x more to drink and get crammed into an overcrowded club.

shtein i love vegas more than anyone i know but i'm usually ready to kill myself after about 2 1/2 days. wed - tues is almost an entire week. my last few trips have been like friday morning to monday morning. or sometimes sat. morning to tues or wed. but i guess i also go there too much.

but i was saying i'd rather to denver instead of vegas. i will try to join whatever the plan is.

I've done the weekend trips and it almost seems too fast paced - I rush to get too much done.

But I haven't been in awhile so a five day deal is good because I can stretch it out. That would be sleeping in and not operating on an hour or two if I did a weekender

I'm going to Chicago for the first time in two weeks for some work bullshtein. I'll have one night to get out and see the city - any recommendations? Best food spots? Sights?

Being a sports fan, I'm thinking I should check out Wrigleyville, and see where the night goes from there, but for all I know, that could be a horrible idea, so I'm all ears...

Rome

I would suggest the Navy pier but I might break the irony-meter with that.

hbionic

Sears tower was cool...but we only were able to get to the shop on the 90th floor or something like that..the deck was closed.

Go to Wrigleyville and catch a Cubs game if you they're play. That's a cool experience. Place is smaller than you think. Chicks have nice big asses though, for some eye candy.

The rest of my experience there was a blur. Chicago is one of the few towns that I would go back to finish checking out the rest of the city. Miracle Mile or something like that I heard its cool, the river, the pier like Romey said.

I said watch the game and you will see my spirit manifest.-ILLEAGLE 02/04/05

Like I told igy, Kinzie Chophouse, on the corner of Kinzie and Wells, served me the best steak I've ever had.
