The music scene there is off the charts good.  There's no shortage of bars and clubs that have really good bands rolling through town.

I've been in Dominican Republic for a week and I caught a MFin white marlin the other day. 70+ pounds. It was awesome. Also the ocean was so rough that 5 out of 7 people on board were violently barfing for 4 hours straight. It was hilarious.

Space Needle and Pike's Place Market are must do touristy places to go. 

Seattle's Chinatown is probably the 2nd best in the country behind San Fran. 

I think it's Kerry Park that has some really awesome views of the city skyline.

Ride the monorail.

Check out the Waterfront.  Hop a ferry to Bainbridge Island which is one of the wealthiest neighborhoods I've ever seen.  You can also take a ferry to Bremerton, home of Sir-Mix-A-Lot and the world famous Bremelo.

There's a million Jimi Hendrix spots all around the city if you're into him. 

Dick's Drive In is basically Seattle's version of In and Out Burger.  If you love a good burger, go.  If not, pass.  That's my only food suggestion because I don't remember any of the names of a couple spots in the city I used to frequent.  And they've probably closed during the last 20 years anyway. 

Microsoft HQ is in nearby Redmond.

I spent 6 months in Bremerton/Seattle, wasn't a fan. But Pikes Place Market is a cool spot.
