Guess which Mets pitcher had 5 earned runs, 6 hits, 1 walk and 0 strikeouts in the 9th inning in a 12-9 loss?  :-D

The KNBR host that made the comments about "brain-dead Caribbeans" has been fired  :P

Ouch, that had to freaking hurt.  Sucks for Cameron, I've been a fan of his since he was in Seattle.  Just a good, quality ball player imo.  Hopefully he's ok.

I was listening to MLB on XM (Dibble and Kennedy) on my way home from work.  They went live to the radio (Padres) broadcast.  Even the Padres announcers were worried about Cameron.  Jerry Coleman (the broadcaster just selected into that wing of the Hall of Fame) even said that he didn't care about the game.  Not visual, but you could feel the tension in that booth.

Prayers for Cameron.

Zach Duke was in line for his first loss, 4 IP 8 H 3 BB 4 ER, but noooooooooo, Astros give it back. Anyone notice whenever they intentionally walk a guy because hes the best hitter, or to set up a force, it ALWAYS comes back to bite them?

Newtown, PA won the Mid-Atlantic Region Championship over Toms River and is headed to Williamsport...  :evil :yay

Randy Winn, Giants of San Francisco, hit for the cycle today in 4 straight at bats.

Would that be the first cycle since all-star superman David Bell did it last year?
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Wilkerson did it against us earlier this year...

They said on SportsCenter that this was the 3rd cycle of the season, so there's another one out there too.
