AJ Pierzynski must've forgotten that he no longer plays for your favorite rivals the Giants. Nice walk off HR by him today. :P

Dodgers had a 3-1 lead in the 9th too.  Man, that must've hurt...  :-D

We were lucky to get the sweep last night, but if Choi gets outta the fargin' way then Pods doesn't get on base. When Pods gets on, good things happen to us. Felt sorry for Jeff Kent, though, he made a great play and got done by the ump. Still, never mind. :-D

Nice 0-6 trip there.  Geez, even the Mets found a way to win one....  :P

Last night they looked like a team that almost expects to lose. They are so obviously missing Gagne, because the whole team seemed to tighten up towards the end. They got a bad break on the Podsednik call, make a error on the throw and then implode. They need to keep it together, especially in the bullpen.

Missing Gagne, Odalis Perez, Milton Bradley, Cesar Izturis (he did play last game but isn't healthy and is rusty), etc.

:boom

By the way, I've been a Podsednik fan since I saw him play in Milwaukee last year...that guy caught my eye and I feel he is the prototype Major League ball player. He can run, he is consistent with the bat and is smart. That guy is worth every single cent he makes. Nice pick up! :yay

Yeah, I was sceptical because I was a big Carlos Lee fan, but Pods has been awesome. Joe Morgan made the great point during the broadcast that the wild throw from the pitcher on the pickoff attempt was all down to Pods being such a dangerous base-runner.

Think you guys can win a game tonight? :P

Sgt PSN

If by "you guys" you mean "anyone playing the Dodgers", then yes.   ;D

I hope we can continue to pull off this losing streak...I mean....it was hard enough winning 8 in a row to start the season.....but farg...losing 8...that's hard. Go Dodgers! :yay ::) :'(
