First....Go muther farging Milton Bradley!!!

And farg the Giants!

Saw a B-2 Stealth Bomber fly over the stadium...fargng surreal! Looked like the batwing flying over head with a loud boom.....awesome stuff!

Before that though, there were the navy seal paratroopers....and at one point it looked like two of them got tangled in the air and they were plummeting fast....I thought we were going to see two deaths.......but at the last minute.....literally with probably about a couple of hundred feet remaining...the broke off and took off and landed.....bastiches gave me a scare!

One of the greatest come backs in history though....incredible!!!

Life is good when things go well!  :yay

Some updates on injuries and stuff:

Quote: Dodgers closer Eric Gagne continues his recovery from elbow and knee sprains, but he's not close enough to returning to have even picked up a ball. :'(

Gagne suffered a knee sprain Feb. 24 and the elbow sprain March 31. Officials have insisted that one did not lead to the other. Nonetheless, sprains generally take six weeks or more to fully heal. Although Gagne is on the 15-day disabled list, an April return could be a stretch.

Brad Penny is scheduled to pitch five innings in a Florida State League game for the Vero Beach Dodgers against the St. Louis Cardinals' affiliate and another rehabilitating pitcher, Matt Morris.

In a best-case scenario, Penny would start for the Dodgers on April 24.

Outfielder Jayson Werth was in the clubhouse after undergoing an MRI Monday on his broken wrist, which has been slow to heal. Wednesday will mark six weeks from the date of the injury. He has a return ticket to Vero Beach, Fla., for Thursday.

From what I've read Derek Lowe is fine.

We need Gagne..but this extra work is helping our new relievers and our suck ass ones as well.

Fortunately, we've been able to pull the games off....

I have no hope for Penny or Choi...the two suck asses that we got for getting rid of Mota, LoDuca and Encarnacion.....

Drew is walking on one eggshell....

Not having Gagne is killing our bullpen IMO.  Guys like Carrara, Brezoban, Sanchez are going to get overworked early in the season.

As for Drew, well what will happen is that he will get hot, then red hot, then white hot, start to really tear it up and boom he'll get injured.  :paranoid

I think we need to enjoy this winning while it lasts.  :paranoid

Saenz needs to be in there instead of suck farg choi......

I don't mind Nakamura at 3rd...if he can produce.....

Repko is a good prospect....but he's always swinging for the fences....if he can pick his moments.......then he should develop into a good one....

Phillips is doing solid...meaning 100 times better than mayne or ross would have......

Ledee had a clutch double yesterday.....not a bad pinch hitter either.....

I'm ok....once we get gagne and werth back...I'll feel alot better.....hell...who knows....maybe Drew will start to produce....who knows if we'll be that lucky.  ::)

Dodgers are much better off letting Gagne fully heal, than to rush him back and cause a similar or worse injury that could end his season.  Elbow injuries are nothing to fool with.

I like Penny's stuff.  Unfortunately, he's extremely brittle.  Choi has never come close to living up to his potential, except for the one game I saw in Miami against the Phillies.  He hit a home run to win the game after the Phils had pulled off a terrific comeback.   :boom

Choi is bad......I'd rather have David Ross back....and that says alot!

I've got Milton Bradly on one of my fantasy baseball teams. I'm hoping that resists the suspension bug this year, and plays well enough to get me some good Util numbers.

In another league I have Gagne on the DL at the moment. It doesn't look like he's even throwing yet... Damn!!

So who's filling in for Gagne at RP now that Gagne's out? Brazoban?

Giovanni Carrera(Carrara?)

Duaner Sanchez if he can resist not giving up a run...but probably Carrara.

Brazoban is the main interim closer, working with Carrara and Sanchez.

What the heck happened to his name?  I could have sworn it was Brezoban or something like that last season.  :paranoid

If you haven't heard, the Dodgers are wearing the Brooklyn jerseys tonight.
