One of the reasons I never read the book was that my wife said I would go nuts because of the historical innacuracies.  I could handle the twist of the vampire, but supposedly there are other things where the author used "creatice license" to further his story.

So, yeah, I guess I'd be the d-bag history teacher who would be driven nuts.

I'm not from Philly but some say I'm blunt.

Can we just point out for a moment that if you can be driven crazy by historical inaccuracies in a movie titled Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter that maybe you need to unwind a smidge.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

Well, it is rather annoying to see Vampires in North America in the 19th century. Only crickets in the kitchen piss me off more.
I said watch the game and you will see my spirit manifest.-ILLEAGLE 02/04/05

You might as well ask they stop making war movies or romantic comedies.

The man. The myth. The legend.

I don't deny that.  It's why I have blood pressure meds.  Type A-hole personality.

watched Safety Not Guaranteed tonight...pretty much just because Aubrey Plaza is my favorite girl in the world at the moment. but I loved it. probably not everyones cup of tea, indie romantic comedy-ish but solid acting for the most part and some funny moments. not going to say how it ends but i was really surprised at how much i liked it.

halloween (1978) - still the horror movie that all others are judged by....saw it last night in the theater which was awesome...and on like my 1000th viewing its still farging scary....no gore (in fact barely any blood) low body count and still frightening as hell...the end scene where laurie doesnt see that myers is gone from the yard but realizes it from the fear on loomis' face is brilliant and one of the great scenes in movie history

10/10
