Rome

First time I ever heard the word snatch was in Slap Shot.

Still cracks me up.

I've waited to see Wheels on Meals for years, supposed to have the seminal fight between Jackie Chan and Bennie The Jet Urquidez.
Disappointing, not only because the fight happens over an hour into the film.

Dragons Forever had a much better culmination scene.

watched crazy stupid love today. it was pretty good. that gosling fellow is quite the actor.

The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest. Nowhere near as much nudity as The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo or The Girl Who Played with Fire, and way less rape. A lot more crazy foreign court procedures that made no goddamn sense at all, and an ending made of all the awkward social interaction you can fit in five minutes.

The man. The myth. The legend.

I'm watching "The Queen" right now.  It's really excellent so far.   Helen Mirren is amazing.

Is it your biography?

I watched From Paris with Love last night. Not bad. I was expecting horrible. I am convinced John Travolta's role was originally meant for Samuel L Jackson.

Travolta was pretty bad ass in that.  I liked it.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Finally saw Xmen First Class and Transformers 3.

I really enjoyed X-men First Class... might be my favorite X-men movie yet, and certainly helped erase the bad taste left by Wolverine:Origins and Xmen 3.  I only wish they didn't limit their cast of characters by trying to stay in the same story arc/timeline as the other X movies.

Transformers 3 was absolutely atrocious.  Like I understand that I shouldn't be expecting plot or coherent storylines but this movie really was just retarded.   After squirrel jumping into the city, at one point the soldiers climb back up to a building a parachute again down to the ground where they were just at in the previous scene.  I think Bay must have seen a documentary on squirrel glider suits, so he wanted to make sure they were in this movie.    Also, don't they get enough marketing money from using the car/models.  Do they really need to throw ads on the cars like they are in Nascar?

Sgt PSN

I refuse to watch the 3rd Transformers.  I hated the first one and watched the 2nd because I thought it could only get better and was proven wrong.  I hope Michael Bay jumps on a pile of live grenaids.

if you have a high school diploma and saw transformers you should die
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.
