Anyone seen a good movie lately?

I was flying to Denver both times so I'm in the air for 7+ hours with a quick layover in SF or LAX. I always try and conserve the power on the ipad.  I downloaded several episodes of Madmen as I just started watching it on Netflix and really like it.  What really sucked is that I grabbed the ipod earpieces and they were horrible.  I couldn't hear shtein on the ipad and basically had to lip read or re watch a scene 5 times to get what they said.  Netflix is cool because it has subtitles but when you download from itunes no such luck.  Next time I grab my wife's Bose headsets.

What's really sucks Sarge is when you check the in-flight magazine and the entertainment section it never fails the next day or two is when the good movies you always wanted to see the past couple of months are featured.  The worst is you finally get a great flick and you fall asleep and wake up to the credits rolling.

I hope you aren't paying the airline to watch that trash.  You should get an ipad, velcro it to the seat in front of you and watch porn. 

On a related note, I was flying a couple months ago and was sitting next to this older lady on my flight and she was watching me play games and shtein on my ipad and wouldn't shut up about how "amazing the technology is these days" and how you can "fit so much information into something so tiny" blah blah blah.  So I decide to watch a movie and when I tap on the video icon it shows whatever you were last watching, which in my case apparently was porn.  So as soon as I hit the icon all you see is this chick with a couple of cocks slapping her in the face.

The old bag gasped and requested to be moved to a new seat.  Too bad, if she stuck around she could have watched The Expendables.

I guess.  I didn't spend the entire weekend watching it to see if they played soft porn all the time but they were definitely playing it when I stumbled upon the channel.

the first one is corny but it's good corny.  it's one of those movies you can check out anytime it's on like Roadhouse.

Comparing Footloose to Dirty Dancing is equally awful. 

Also, I don't think Sunny was comparing them or putting them in any category....unless "must stop channel surfing to watch this for the 10000th time" is a category.
