I don't doubt you've got enough man boob for him to pull it off, too

I kind of thought Wedding crashers and 40 YOV were on the same level, though 40 was a little more quirky. Vince Vaughn to me is as good as his writing. He's not overly funny and is sort of a straight man in comedies.

Anchor Man is slightly better then the other two and might just be the best move Ferrell makes... [igy] EVER! [/IGY]

Dodgeball is an underrated comedy as well, i think it's just as good as Anchorman

I agree. Stiller has a thing that works sometimes and it works well in this movie.

Meet the parents/faulkers as well.

Anchorman is great. It's incredibly stupid, but everytime I watch it I find myself laughing at the same shtein. With that said, Talladega Nights barely beat getting your balls crushed by a cement truck, and I have no interest in seeing Blades of Glory.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Anchorman gets better everytime you watch it.

True.

1. Anchorman
2. Wedding Crashers
3. (tie) 40 YO Virgin
3. (tie) Knocked Up

I'm not saying I hated Knocked Up, it was funny, but I just had my standards set too high.  It may at some point pass 40 YO Virgin, that one doesn't seem to get better as you watch it, which the other ones do.

1. Fletch
2. Fletch
3. (reserved to leave an adequate amount of space)
4. Now, you may begin the rest of the list.

phattymatty

thats not my all-time list.  just from the movies talked about in the last few pages.

PoopyfaceMcGee

Carry on, then.

That being the case...

1. Wedding Crashers
2. Anchorman
498382. 40-Year-Old Virgin
(haven't seen "Knocked Up")

It was probably partially the high expectations, but "Virgin" got seriously zero laughs out of me.  I was glad when it was over.  Really glad.  And it wasn't over nearly soon enough.

SunMo

how can you not get any laughs from 40YOV?  something is wrong with you,not the movie.

QuoteCal: [David and Cal Playing a video Game] You're *gay* now?
David: No, I'm not gay I'm just celibate.
Cal: I think? I mean, that sounds ga- I just want you to know this is like the first conversation of like three conversations that leads to you being gay. Like... there's this and then in a year it's like, "Oh you know, I kinda wanna, ya know, get back out there but I think I like guys" and then there's the big, "Oh I'm I'm a g-gay guy now".
David: You're gay for saying that.
Cal: I'm gay for saying that?
David: You know how I know you're gay?
Cal: How? How do you know I'm gay?
David: Because you macramed yourself a pair of jean shorts.
Cal: You know how I know *you're* gay? You just told me you're not sleeping with women any more.
David: You know how I know that you're gay?
Cal: How? Cuz you're gay? and you can tell who other gay people are.
David: You know how I know you're gay?
Cal: How?
David: You like Coldplay.

It's like every day on :CF.  Hilarious!!four

SunMo

It better not be.  I didn't see Hot Dog: The Movie anywhere.
