Well, you liked the Crow.  So, obviously, you'd hate any movie with character development or a plot.

Predator was the best. You can't deny it

The Crow was fun. Cheesy, or course, but I enjoyed it.

And yes, Predator is a farging classic.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

I didn't realize Predator was a comic book/graphic novel.

And Commando was way better than Predator.  Ahnuld's best work ever.
Anyone but Reid.

I normally don't watch anything other than the "mainstream" ones (first Batman, both Spiderman's), but I liked MiB.

Never saw The Crow, but I think it sucks.
The drawback to marital longevity is your wife always knows when you're really interested in her and when you're just trying to bury it.

I'm not much for pure horror movies, as I prefer the ones that don't take themselves seriously a la "Scream" or "Shawn of the Dead".  However, for those of you that do enjoy the genre, I'm hearing a lot of positive buzz about "The Descent".  So, that automatically means that it is a more satisfying movie than "Match Point".

C'mon, Mussa, Commando is right up your alley.  Predator has a plot.  Commando isn't burdened in such a way.  In fact, if you try to connect the scenes of violence, it doesn't make a shred of sense.  I mean, he randomly picks an Army-Navy store, and they have rocket launchers.  Awesome.
Anyone but Reid.

the best part in that movie is the shed

I just got back from seeing "The Descent" & it was worthy of all the positive reviews that I've been reading.

The first hour help set up the claustrophobic atmosphere & develop the main characters back stories, which was an important part of the overall storyline. It was great to watch the evolution of the one main character from timid follower to crazed, alpha female. By the end, you were more afraid for the creatures. Also, unlike a lot of films in this genre, there were not any moments where the characters did anything stupid, causing you to say "What the farg did she do that for?" They acted like most of us would act if we were trapped in a cave with flesh-eating, albino bat-people, except that they didn't shtein all over themselves.

It had just the right amount of gore & scares, which was made more effective by the use of the cave environment & the unique lighting provided by glow sticks, infrared camera & flashlights. The creatures were not excessively frightening but moved in an eerie manner that was made more creepy by the lighting.

I give it:  :cfhead :cfhead :cfhead :cfhead

I just got back from "Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby".  It's really along the same lines as "Anchorman" and is pretty much exactly what you'd expect from it.  I enjoyed it, as I expected I would, but there are really no surprises or anything to make it much more funny than exactly what I pictured.

Still, enjoyable.  Sure.

3/5.
