The BIGSTUD

My favorite part was when Tim Robbins wrote:

You were right, salvation does lie within. It was a great moment.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

Damn you never saw it until today?

Took long enough, it's one of the greatest movies I ever saw. Could be the greatest.

Haha I knew somebody was gonna say that. Every time I was at the video store it was always in the back of my mind to rent it.

Don't feel bad... I had never seen it until about 2 months ago.  Excellent movie.  :yay

Saw Harold and Kumar go to White Castle this past weekend... guess you had to be high to enjoy it.

Neil Patrick Harris was pretty funny in it though.

Also one of my favorite parts.

Leaving Las Vegas- Nicolas Cage was awsome, but it felt like a bad porn movie with all the trumpet solo's and odd camera angles. Overall, 2 stars. But thats just because Cage was amazing and they managed to have a scene with both Richard Lewis and Steven Weber.

Eternal Sunshine- Wow. Different than anything I've ever seen. One of the better screenplays, too. Carrey was great, as was Winslet. This one really made me think and scratch my brain at times. But overall, 3 stars. Little messed up, but theres nothing wrong with that.

Also recently rewatched classics like Full Metal Jacket, Godfather and American History X (first time full straighthrough viewing). No sense in talking about them, they all sucked.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Susquehanna Birder

Currently watching Omagh. Very different. Not exciting, but pretty powerful.

Finally watched Flight 93, I know it may sound naive and cliche but this is why I joined the Army.  The whole time I watched it my blood temp just kept rising.  It is very well done imo, it is hard to watch at times because it made me so angry.  The end pretty much left me speechless, which is very hard to do.
