Bloodrayne - 1/5

I picked it up knowing it was going to be awful, and it met my expectations. No real story. Bad costumes. Excessive cutting to cover the lack of choreography. Meat Loaf in a powder wig and his stage wardrobe from the 70s. Effects so bad, I had this conversation:

"I think The Holy Grail had better special effects than this."
"Indiana Jones?"
"No, Monty Python."

Turned it off about an hour in.

The man. The myth. The legend.

GF, i would give that movie a .00001/5  Thats the worst movie i think i've ever seen.  The dialogue was enought to make you sick, the story sucked, definitely a Underworld wannabe

I enjoyed the awfulness of it until Meat Loaf's part ended. So for that, it got a one.

Apocolypto: 4/5 Pretty sweet flick. I'm giving it such a high rating mainly due to the fact that there are nxt to no movies out there that tackled the Inca/Mayan/whatever empire that was. I was expecting more to the story, but the action, cinematography and violence was top notch. Did it give room for a sequel? I thought so...

saw Bobby last night, liked it a lot.  a little slow but the last 20 minutes were totally worth it.  normally i think movies with so many big name actors turn out to be garbage, but this one worked really well.

spoiler: bobby kennedy dies at the end.

oh and last night was the anniversary of the day he was shot, weird coincidence.

Thanks a lot.  Ass.  While you're at it, why not ruin Titanic by saying the ship sinks?

saw Apocalypto the other night.  pretty cool.  not sure why but i was expecting some kind of paranormal shtein to happen.  like some aliens tearing up the mayans or something like that.  but it was still fun shtein.  lots of torture and native boobings.
