Speaking of Stallone, he just got in trouble in this part of the world. He tried to bring THG through customs in Sydney. Who'da thought that physical specimen would use that kind of thing? :sly

The man. The myth. The legend.

Saw Casino Royale.  Like most, I really liked it.  Really breathed new life into the franchise, I thought. Craig was great.

The BIGSTUD

Deja vu:

I thought it really had a lot of promise then spiraled out of control towards the end and got ridiculous. As I was watching I thought of multiple different directions the movie could've gone that all would've been way better than the direction they chose. I really enjoyed about 70% of the movie.

Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

Watched Bondock Saints again and i forgot how funny the movie is. william dafoe should of been awarded something for that role.

A mere $122 million for Shrek the Third. Losers.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Rome

We specifically didn't go see Shrek 3 because of the crowds this weekend.  We have plans to see it during the week, though.  My kid has a half day on Thursday so I'm taking her to a matinee to see it then.

The one review I saw of Shrek 3 said it looked better than the story was.

John Rambo - Rambo 4 trailer

That rules.  Amusing he's sticking to the same formula as finishing off the Rocky series with naming, but he's going a totally different way with this.  Gutting dudes, knocking their heads off, ripping out their throats... YES YES YES.

"When you're pushed... killin' is as easy as breathin'."

Hilarious.  Before this trailer... there was really no way in the world I was gonna go see this.  Now I won't miss it.  I'll at least get it on bootleg, anyway.

Tim Burton is very hit or miss.

that's for sure.  it's funny hearing everyone talk about the new Joker and how Heath Ledger will stack up against Jack Nicholson's.   the new joker looks wicked as all hell.

Rome

One thing's for sure:  Nicholson got paid a hell of a lot more ($60,000,000) than Heath Ledger ever will for playing the Joker.

just because you get paid, doesn't mean you don't suck.  Ask Chris Webber

Wasn't that in profit sharing as opposed to a flat sum?

Nicholson was only good for his first 15 lines per scene.
