Saw Taledega mights. Hated it.

Saw Pirates II. Thought it was alright. Special effects were the whizbang anyways.

Got that Prada movie, Aviator, and Invincible to watch yet.

It's not known as a classic, but it's pretty close.  Chappelle should have won awards.  That is incredibly accurate.

All are somewhat ok in their own right.  Aviator is a downright excellent film, though.

SunMo

loved Aviator...

i thought Talledega Nights was funny as shtein too

Yeah, frankly... if someone didn't like it at all, you have to wonder what they were expecting.

Some of the deleted/extended scenes are funny as shtein, too.

The DVD of Talladega Nights came with my PS3. I watched it and thought it was awful too. Just wasn't the least bit funny and I like Ferrell.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

SunMo

yeah, but you're proud that you watched LiT 50 times.

He keeps thinking if he turns it up loud enough, he'll be able to hear what Bob whispers to Charlotte at the end.

Personally, I think the movie plays best if you assume he says, "The greatest tragedy of my life is that I didn't bone you."

BTW - FWIW:

QuoteIn his interviews, Bill Murray has refused to say what he whispered. It wasn't in the script either. Thanks to the miracles of modern technology (i.e. sound editing software), I'm able to bring you at least one answer from this movie.

At the end, Bill Murray whispers: "I'll always remember the past few days with you... Don't part mad, tell him the truth, okay?"
