Caught Elysium this afternoon.  Good movie.  Damon was great as usual.   Jodie Foster was LOL funny as the heavy.  The bad guy was ridiculously over the top.  Special effects were amazing.   All in all a decent way to spend an afternoon on a popcorn movie.

flick has gotten very good reviews.....the dood that did district 9 did it....im not into that sci fi shtein but blowkamp seems to be on top of his game

the shots of the space station are unreal.   the shots of earth are depressing as hell, though.  if we don't nuke ourselves out of existence it's probably going to look a lot like that in 150 years, especially if we keep going the way we are.
