I liked Inglourious the best and thought THL was overrated, but still liked it better than Avatar.

it was about as great as an action movie can be. havent seen up in the air or precious yet, refuse to avatar and the rest of the nominees, but id say it was a good choice. though as a jew a movie where hitler is murdered = the win.

hurt locker is an all time overrated movie...one of the worst to ever win best picture...and if a man had directed it it would not have won....in its defense it did win in a horrible year for movies

the only best pics since 1970 that are worse than hurt locker are chicago and amadeus

Forrest Gump, Gladiator, Crash. That's my list of the undeserving recent best picture winners and having not seen The Hurt Locker yet, I feel confident in saying that there's no way it was worse than any of those (I loved Gladiator, btw, but best picture? Please.). Chicago was not my cup of tea, but tons of people loved it and it was obviously a well done movie. Haven't seen Amadeus since I was a kid but Pinto starred as Mozart so it has to be a classic.

oh theres other undeserving best picture winners...some of which you mentioned...i mean the best movie almost never wins best picture...but every movie you listed above are still better than hurt locker...except amadeus...ill even give you chicago as being better as ive never seen it...i just despise musicals

Who cares? That's one of the reasons I'm not into any of the award things...I mean, there is no "Best" or "Worst" anything, because what's best to one person could easily be worst to another. It's pretty pointless other than starting conversations.

every clip i see of sandra bullock in blindside is just awful accents and terrible over acting.  how did she win best actress?
