that said, igy is spot on. i have similar taste in movies to several people here. if they see something (say inglorious basterds for example) and say they like it, then i bump it up to #1 in my netflix queue. i sure hope that decision doesn't come back to bite me in the ass and haunt me for the rest of my life. OH THE HUMANITY!

Snatch: Might be Statham's best movie. It was ra lot of fun and genuinely funny. A lot of actors in this movie that you see a lot of places, but don't really know their names. All of them good. But it also had some big names like Del Toro and Brad Pitt as well. Pretty damn good movie.

gran torino - hmong people couldnt act but they were pulled off the streets and thrown in front of the camera so what did you expect. the steady string of racial slurs was terrific. a lot of it was cheesy. but clint eastwood is still kind of solid.

the ruins - an awful gratuitously violent non scary horror movie where plants mimic humans like a friggin parrot....i heard the book was fantastic the movie was not
