Anyone see the little ad for Da Ali G Show? Its comin back in July. If anyone hasnt seen this, please do watch. Its some of the funniest shtein on TV.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

I saw the ad but i have never seen the show.  It looks pretty funny.  Some clips here

His real name is Sasha Cohen, he's a jewish guy from england. He somehow gets interviews with real top level guys and asks them the dumbest questions. Ali G is a wangster, and he just makes a total fool of himself. He also plays Borat, some middle eastern guy pretending to be doing a public access show for his home country. And finally hes also a gay German dude prenteding to be a fashion expert, etc.

Would that be Coupling the British show or Coupling the crap show on NBC? If its the later, you deserve crap

He's talking about the original Coupling, the funny sometimes brilliant one.

MDS

Yea thats what I figured. I've never seen it but have heard very good things about it. I wonder if it jumped the shark as fast as Friends did.

Coupling had a quirkyness to it from episode one, so scenes that would kill regular sitcoms are par for the course here.  If it was any more unusual it would have to be animated.
