the eagles are in the middle of the pack as far as salary cap goes...so i wouldnt say this hurts or helps them...it hurts the teams that have the most room...if it really does go that high then to me its almost going to be as if no one has a cap

They're only in the middle of the pack because of the payments that have to be made to some players because of the 30% rule affects those payments that must be made THIS YEAR if there's no CBA extension. Banner had stated this before--but if there's an extension, those payments would be made down the line in another year, not this year. I'll see if I can find the one post on the EMB by the guy who does the Eagles cap.
