Assuming he even wants to GM again, Polian is ancient and would fight with the local media constantly. He had an incredible run from the mid-80s to mid-00s but was clearly off his game in his final few years at the helm in Indy. Plus his last half-decade of drafts might be worse than the Eagles. Big no on Polian.

Continuity at QB like the Pats, Packers, Colts is the key to keeping a franchise winning or maybe spend 8-10 years collecting high draft picks like the 9er's and then get a decent coach.
