I'll just settle for making myself believe every year that this is the year he stops throwing it 63% of the time and commits to the run more.

Do you actually sit there with a calculator and root for a run/pass percentage?

i dont think so because if he had a calculator hed know that reid has only passed the ball above the 60% clip once (i believe) in his career

the amount of pass attempts per game is about 3rd or 4th on his list of deficiencies...but its the popular calling card for simpletons
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

I've had a some specific games i've had issues with the passing... but overall it's hardly worth thinking about. 63% vs 58% can be as little as 2 plays per game...

I havn't been excited since TO left and Reid stayed pass happy with no real receivers. The offense while younger and more explosive as ever has an aging QB and an unsure oline. The inconsistency of the offense and the lack of being able to sustain long drives kills the D over and over again. Yeah the D could be better but the offense more importantly needs to be balanced. McNabb is a better QB when its balanced, the team is better when its balanced. As long as Reid asks Donovan to pass 35+ a game, then there is no reason to get excited. The team has a winning record when they run the ball 20+ a game. Its a proven fact, yet they abandoned it last year when Westbrook came back, as they have years past. Unreal this clown in a NFL coach.

How can an offense with no real receivers be as explosive as ever? Makes no sense.

I'm not defending or bashing anything here...  well except that comment.

oops... I assigned punctuation where there was none.... nevermind.. carry on.

WTF are you talking about? They have a slew of good young receivers, one of which made the probowl last year. Have you been eating retard sandwiches?

Edit: Ah, thank you Dillen. I see what he's driving at now. I sometimes forget that not everyone has adjusted their brain to comprehend mussaspeak.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

He's trying to nitpick Mussa's post. Mussa didn't work it perfectly, but I (and anyone else with half a brain, a group that excludes Charlie apparently) could figure out what he meant.

The point is more that when you have QB who isn't the most accurate, why do you want to put the ball in his hands 35-45 times a game? He's the type of QB that benefits from a good running game and only being asked to throw 25-30 times. Let's not forget the joke PA calls this offense runs. The PA would be much more effective if the offense actually was a threat to run the ball.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds
