Halloween Costume Suggestions: Obscure Horror/Sci Fi Characters

I'm getting ready for a Halloween party on the 17th and would like to break from my traditional zombie [insert profession] costumes and come up with something unique. I'm looking for suggestions/pics of any obscure horror/sci fi characters than can be considered. I was thinking about being one of the little prune head demons from "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark"

i was thinking about dressing up like octomom.  black wig and some fake giant lips and a maternity dress.  then i'm going to tie a rope around my waist and let the loose end hang down and tie it to 8 baby dolls and just drag them around all night.
