Eagles aren't in the same league as gb/Seattle. They're tier one. Eagles/Dallas/Detroit/zona are tier 2s. Sometimes tier 2s get hot and make some noise but it usually takes a hot qb (manning, Flacco etc.). Sanchez is a bottom barrel qb. They needed him to manage the game but didn't trust him with that.

also, i forget which play it was...probably all of them actually but the one where casey matthews just broke both of his ankles and crumbled to the ground. not sure if it was a lynch run or a punt return but it was hilariously bad.

The play-calling was so bad and Sanchez was even worse. This is was fargin turd sandwich from beginning to end on offense. The refs allowing the SEA secondary to mouthrape the WRs was just icing.

What I learned is that the NFC title game - Seattle at GB - is going to be a damned good game.

The statement by Cooper appears to throw plenty of blame at his quarterback, who struggled against the Seahawks, completing 10 of 20 passes for just 96 yards passing. Sanchez agreed it was a bad throw.

"I missed the landmark to Coop," Sanchez said. "I just missed it. I was kind of flushing forward and I didn't get everything that I wanted on the ball. It was just a bad throw."

The play in question might have been Sanchez's worst throw of the day, but it also appeared as if Cooper could have done more to break up the pass.

"I can't let it get intercepted, I guess," Cooper said.

This team isn't good enough to beat superior teams unless everything goes right.  3/4's of their secondary sucks, the quarterback is a farging reject, and the inside linebackers should be selling property & casualty in Iowa.

They're one and done if they make it to the playoffs and Howie Roseman is the general manager.
