you can argue over how badly theyd be hurt...id say it would be minimal in terms of wins and losses...but either way the reason would have nothing to do with mack...it would be because their top 3 WR would be kkkooper - matthews -  and one the maehlman/josh huff/brad smith...the eagle wr's arent good now....losing either of the two on the depth chart who have ever done anything in the nfl (kkk - mack) would be equally painful for them

classic pro sports cliche that is just not true...there no correlation between a contract year and higher numbers...not that mack is the kind of player that could just flip a switch and be great...hes also plays a position that is very hard to control your numbers like that....the play of so many others effects your numbers...and he plays for a coach who has two tight ends and signed a pass catching running back...he clearly undervalues the wr position and instead looks for formations and scheme to get people open...he had exactly one wr eclipse a 1000 yards while he was at oregon

plus the idea that he could just turn it on this year would suggest that he hasnt been trying as hard as he can the last five years....and the lil guy just told me he plays his hardest on every play
