I like this pic a lot, he was one of the guys I was hoping the Eagles with pick. from what I read he can really bring it.

that's his one positive...he should be a sick special teamer....and chip puts more emphasis on special teams than maybe anyone in the nfl....which is weird since kickoff returns are becoming more and more obsolete
