what kills me about the phils is that they have tons of money but they have to start from the ground up....the yanks sox angels ect never will hit rock bottom...they aren't perfect but they are never last place in their division

if you want the future of the phillies check out the cubs....who have been terrible for years and are about 4-5 years away from even being able to compete.

they can shorten the downward spiral if somehow all of these prospects hit, but its unlikely. they got straight lucky to hit on jimmy utley choke hamels in about a 4 year span of each other. unlikely to happen again.

and because of that I will never on hate anyone but roob.....the aughts decade was unreal....better than maybe any philly sports era ever....it was so much fun....but at the same time it was a letdown by any stretch of a legit fan
