other than that terrible goal by mason the flyers have played about as well as they can today

if they ever faced the bruins i feel like the flyers would lose 4-0 with every game basically being like today....3-2 3-1 boston

The B's just do a great job of swallowing up players on the ice whether its incidental interference or blocking lanes. IGY you're right, they're flashy, they're methodical.

Good to get the point. Mason let in a softy, but also made some great saves to keep them in it.

Still hate the farging shootout.

Not a fan of the shootout either. The Flyers earned that point as did the Bruins but giving an extra point because of some gimmicky crap is just the worst.

Flyers got dominated in the last half of the second period. Emery and the post are keeping them in this game.

offense really stepping up for this stretch run....if they don't watch it they could get boston in the first round....not that it would really matter cause the other choice is the rangers

0 goals in 2 games plus an overtime/SO probably isn't going to get it done. they are definitely cruising for a first round exit and will continue to do so until they get a compliment to giroux so he doesn't get raped to death every time he's on the ice against good defenses. 35 year old lecavlier isn't going to cut it, though he has looked better since being put back in the center.

before the last two games they were moving the puck incredibly well....then all of a sudden its like they started playing drunk or something and no one can even keep the puck on their stick

well hopefully they sobered up because they need two points today. none of that hey we got one point but it's a good team so that's ok.
