I'm going in May for a week. What kind of shtein should i do? Aside from the obvious scuba/snorkeling, Pearl Harbor, surf, etc. Probably going skydiving too.

Geowhizzer

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

HA!  I'll take my best shot.

What island are you going to?  Oahu?

"Well where does Jack Lord live, or Don Ho?  That's got to be a nice neighborhood"  Jack Singer(Nicholas Cage) in Honeymoon in Vegas.

Yeah. I figure island hopping's an option too. My buddy said that he went for 10 days a couple years ago and ran out of time for stuff he wanted to do.

Broke my lease yesterday. Moving to Nicaragua in May for a few at least a few months. I expect visitors.

Starting a coup?  Viva la Revolucion!

PhillyPhreak54

Wow - good luck.

You quitting your job too or they will let you work from there?

keeping my job. for now at least. i know they sometimes go through entire days of blackouts which won't make it that easy.

PhillyPhreak54

That's cool that your work is down with that. Some places aren't even cool with not being in the office or working from home a bit in that city...let alone moving out of the country.

I've had connections in Houston maybe 8-12 times in my life and I have never made a single one. My 50 minute layover has turned into 9 hours and now I'm shteinfaced.

Phreak I realized too late that I should have hit you up. Though about hitting minute maid but the weather is shtein.
