i read today that if the sixers don't meet the minimum salary cap by the end of the year, i think they're like 5M+ under right now, that money gets split up and goes to all of the players on the roster. pretty cool rule.

Maynor makes $2M and has a player option for $2.1M next season, so that'll eat up part of it right there

i can't find anything. hinkie really is magic i guess, people are just giving him shtein now.

maynor is irrelevant...basically hinkie traded having to take on maynors player option next year which he certainly will exercise since he sucks for second round picks in years they have already traded their own picks in.....a restock basically     

two seconds in an incredibly deep draft for hawes' expiring deal is hinkie magic at its best

No deals for the Lakers, so unless Hinkie is negotiating with someone else beyond the deadline, ET and Thad are sticking around

Just traded for another large white guy....BJ Mullens from the Clippers.  He was ET's teammate at Ohio State

Hinkie added the 14th, 20th and 24th picks from the 2009 draft today

I wanted ET gone but what's the point if granger is gone after the year too?  Same situation is it not?

they probably did it to get over the salary line thing so they wouldnt have to pay out to the team...republican ruling class move

also wouldnt shocked if they waived granger. eat the salary and let him hook on elsewhere.

meanwhile hinkie get rid of 2 of their 3 best players...added draft picks in a stacked draft...god damn what a day.
