Pretty much...Vinny still has some skill but the rest of the team is as you described. They desperately need a #1 defenseman.

I feel like Simmonds is having a down season but he has 15 goals.

yeah i forgot about lecavalyay....his skills have eroded with age but not his shot which is still lethal

Haven't been able to watch as many flyers games as I'd like this year but this has not been a good showing for Mason.

He's been solid this season...they realistically should have been down 3-0 in the 1st because Tampa was skating circles around them. It just feels like Tampa can score at will because they're so much faster than the Flyers.

flyers owned the 1st period....their forecheck was on fire....chances were like 15-3....but as we talked about flyers have to work and work and work for their shots.....meanwhile a more talented team like tampa can have one rush down the ice and be leading the game....which is basically what happened
