I understand the blackface argument and I think the native americans need to be respected. I always bring them up when I get into a immigration debate down here with some redneck who goes all "keep 'em outta here! Learn to speak English!". This was their land and all of our people migrated here.

They dressed up like the mascot though. To be admonished for an odious act by some blogger while going to a playoff game dressed as their mascot - I wouldn't label them racists. Should Indian fans not buy any team merchandise? If you're an MLB player should you not sign there or refuse to play there?

I believe the taterskins name is racist and needs to be changed. I don't feel the Indians should be.
