A-rod's lawyer goes on the Today show and immediately starts saying how much he'd love to talk about details of the case but can't because  MLB won't waive the confidentiality clause.  So Matt Lauer pulls out a letter from MLB offering to waive the confidentiality clause and the lawyer goes full retard.

Friggen' Orioles are fading fast. Last night they had a runner on third with less than two outs in four consecutive innings and didn't score. They also left fifteen runners on base. For a team that is supposed to be so good on offense that is terrible.

Hopefully it's just a slump and they'll be firing on all cylinders this last month. This last month of baseball is as exciting as the playoffs.
