I didn't get a chance to watch but Suarez is dirty as hell. But he is one of my favorite players due to the shtein he pulls...just funny to watch....except the racist shtein of course. Dude does everything possible to win, even if its beyond rational.

Rome

I'm fairly certain that was his last game for Liverpool and quite probably the last game he ever plays in the EPL.

I mean, he farging bit someone intentionally.  He didn't punch him or even kick him in the nuts... he bit the guy.

Good riddance, rat boy.

ice grillin you

on the espn ticker it says a soccer player apologized for biting someone in a game today

Ten games for grievous assault on the pitch but if you utter a racial slur, you're hauled into court to face charges.

Hilarious.

Haters, haters, haters.

The funny thing is that IGY is a closet soccer fan, but just can't bring himself around to admit it.

The farg?

QuoteA Utah soccer referee who slipped into a coma after being punched by a teenage player during a game a week ago died Saturday night, police said.

Ricardo Portillo, 46, of Salt Lake City passed away at the hospital, where he was being treated following an assault, Unified police spokesman Justin Hoyal said.

Police have accused a 17-year-old player in a recreational soccer league of punching Portillo after the man called a foul on him and issued him a yellow card.

....

The teenager, quite a bit heavier than Portillo, began arguing with the referee, then unleashed a punch to his face. Portillo seemed fine at first, then asked to be held because he felt dizzy. He sat down and started vomiting blood, triggering his friend to call an ambulance.

When police arrived around noon, the teenager was gone and Portillo was laying on the ground in the fetal position.

Shocking news.  Not really because the dude is 71, but still, he's the most successful manager in the history of team sports.

hbionic

Wow...wtf? Wow.

Dude was cool. He seemed like a likable dude even though some managers had problems with him, but set the bar pretty high. Hate to see guys like this go. End of eras.

He just went apeshtein over a penalty kick goal.

Awesome

Don Ho

Still adjusting to Gus calling international soccer matches for FOX.  Seriously, the guy could make washing dishes sound exciting.
