On the optimistic side, I'd say in the 86-88 range.

MAYBE enough to beat the Braves for 2nd, but not enough to catch up with the Nats.

Haladay wins 12 games.  ERA between 3.50 and 4.00.

Yeah, mine was overly optimistic (even noted it in my post).  At this point, I'd revise to say 77-81.  They're not the worst, but they're decidedly mediocre, and it's going to get worse before it gets better.  Next two years will be the bottoming out.

And Halladay?  Ouch.
