2013 Eagles Draft Pick Thread

yeah most people seem to think the chiefs will "surprise" people and take Fisher. Is it really a surprise when most people seem to be predicting it now?

I know Fisher has good measurables and people said he looked really good on tape, but aren't they overthinking things a bit? If he and Joeckel have similar #s, why not take the guy who you saw on tape do it every week against the SEC versus the dude from Central Michigan, who could look great, but you just don't have the same amount of tape on him versus elite players? Has to be a little more projection with him.

Could be a system issue with Fisher/Joeckel.

Take whoever looks like a better fit.

I just can't help but have this feeling that the other 31 other teams are so much better at drafting than we.

I've now heard three "experts" suggest the Eagles are taking Geno Smith at 4.

dont believe that at all. that being said, IF chip is convinced geno is his guy, gotta pull the trigger at 4. no waiting and seeing who falls where and when and maybe trading back in nonsense. if you think he's a franchise qb pull the trigger.

Does anyone else just want this be over? I've gotten a text from 10+ people today "who the Eagles taking at 4?" and I clearly don't know the farging answer.

That being said, I'm down with an OT, Jordan, or Ansah. Would be extremely disappointed with Geno or trading down for Manuel or something.

i didnt see the three experts romey is talking about today but i havent seen/heard the eagles attached to geno in weeks

1 was on NFL Network, 1 was on ESPN. They were just talking about it a few minutes ago on NFL Network.

The other was earlier in the day when I was at work. I think it was one of the dipshteins in Philly.

Edit - it was Dan Graziano from ESPN. Kiper & McShay were on it too but it was more they think they should take him.
