i was actually listening when out for a run and its disgusting how good franzke and LA are. LA would be a god if he was on TV

i love LA but hes a clown and wouldnt work on TV...he can be an idiot on radio and be awesome....franzke is legit HOF material though

local broadcasts are all about the personalities--especially the color guys...you cant compare LA to someone youd see on espn or fox. its not so much as someone who gives you good insight as it is someone who you genuinely like spending 3 hours with each night.

case and point: whitey. he was a terrible analyst. never prepared, barely cared. was always chasing after Hoyda and smoking. didnt matter did it.

im not comparing him to anyone...hes not a TV guy and wouldnt work there....in fact hes overrated in general....hes good in small doses....the rare occasions where you catch a game on radio...but he would be much less effective as a full time tv guy...yeah whitey is the perfect example....he should have not been on tv...he was awful...harry was the HOF'er

basically you are wrong about LA he would awesome and he is awesome in LARGE doses on radio.
