Pretty much my reaction to hearing that story. Like how do you even..?? I can barely look at the goddamn picture and this guy with presumably no medical training was probably told my a first responder to hold this artery shut or this man will die...and he did it.

I really, really wanna believe I'd have the nuts to do the same in that situation, but I really don't know if I would.

I think in that situation many would do the same. To see someone dying and gushing blood pinching an artery shut upon direction would be easily done I think.

Those pictures are so farged. The ladyfriend's best friend works in Boston and her office is right near the finish line. She was standing across the street in between both of the bombs. One went off to the right, then the next to her left. Pretty crazy
