the key takeaway from her speech: obesity is cool.

cpac was a massive win for the good guys. republicans idea of rebounding from 2012 slaughter was to listen to donald trump, rick santorum, sarah palin and mitt romney speak.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

SD

There's a good documentary running on Showtime called World according to Dick Cheney. Bush was more incompetent than I thought and this is coming from someone who left a 9 year military career because of him. Cheney is just an awful person and the documentary tries it's best not to paint him in such a negative light.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

I don't think he's the least bit crazy nor do I think he believes a tenth of the bullshtein he spews.   He's making a ton of money stoking the fire of the crazies in this country.  Good for him.  We're all going to end up as cinders anyway, so you might as well make as much dough and live as large as possible while it lasts.

I don't think this kid in North Korea knows what he's doing.
There is considerable overlap between the intelligence of the smartest bears and the dumbest tourists." - Yosemite Park Ranger

So I learned a couple of things from Marco Rubio today.

First, we really need to treat those with mental illness.

Why, you might ask?

Well, when they get their hands on guns, bad shtein happens.

Second, the breakdown of the traditional nuclear family is the second (wink) culprit in the explosion of gun-related violence.

Not the massive proliferation of cheap assault-style, mayhem-inducing weapons, mind you.  Nope.  The breakdown of the traditional American (second generation and beyond, obviously) family has caused this.  Oh, and crazies.  Can't forget them.

Also - saw this and chuckled...

Speaking of idiocy... here's Limbaugh's take on it:

Quote"No one sensible is against giving homosexuals the rights of contract or inheritance or hospital visits. There's nobody that wants to deny them that.  The issue has always been denying them a status that they can't have, by definition.  By definition — solely, by definition — same-sex people cannot be married.  So instead of maintaining that and holding fast to that, we allowed the argument to be made that the definition needed to change, on the basis that we're dealing with something discriminatory, bigoted, and all of these mystical things that it's not and never has been."

Hahaha... is this guy serious?   That is exactly, precisely what they want.  If they didn't this wouldn't be an issue.

farging jackasses.
