Jenkins was a self-proclaimed "leader" of the defense that couldn't motivate anyone, didn't want to ruffle any feathers and wouldn't accept any blame, and his ass needed to go ASAP, and it should be easier to replace him than Asomugha.  Nnamdi was exposed by zesty safeties but I guess these new guys feel they can still get something out of him with the right schemes and that's why they're trying to renegotiate, even if it's only for one more year until they can replace him next offseason after replacing DRC this offseason

nomdi is a much worse player and a worse guy in the room....hes the poster child for the failure of the last two years

jenkins wasnt very good but he at least cared....nomdi is a disgrace who gave substandard effort

they both should go but the big difference and the reason nomdi is still around i suspect is the 4 mil
