You swagger around in your mitchell and ness throwback jawns, acting tough and thinking you're cool...and you look like an idiot.  Like a guy who defines himself by which mega-sports-company he gives his money to, and seriously, you're no different than a goth kid who paints his face white and watches his shoes.  Except of course, he's not caking off whitey and you are.

but i still wont be a hipster

Eagles, along with several others, worked out some CFL DT who went to USC. Armon Armstead I think the name was.

Just saw that, supposedly he was dominant in that league.

Just signed with the Patriots

I love to see crowds of football fans all dressed up like it's halloween in their shoulderpads and jerseys and team sponsored colors, sauntering around as though they don't look like utter goddamn fools.

I literally lol'd
"The very existence of flamethrowers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, "You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.""  R.I.P George.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

I keep thinking that's Kevin Connolly peeking at me underneath that visor.

Think they'd take Nmandi straight up?

Ha. And if so Nnamdi becomes All-Pro again next year for the Jets and Revis regresses into Nnamdi.

And Phreak, you weren't serious, right?

Partly but not pushing for it.

Maybe they'd deal Cromartie. He probably doesn't have any kids in Philly yet

QB Eagles

This team needs to rebuild through the draft in the worst way, which is why it's so devastating that the guy making the picks doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

They don't need vet superstars, they need NFL caliber depth at many positions, so we don't have to watch King farging Dunlap and Kurt farging Coleman starting NFL games. And they need corner superstars least of all, there's been enough money thrown down that well. Least of all corner superstars coming off an ACL.

This is a multi-year rebuild, Revis (and definitely Cromartie) will have grandkids by the time the rest of the roster is ready to compete for a ring. Superstar corner getting older and slowly worse every year on a zesty team doesn't really do much, otherwise the Jets would be good.

the opportunity to get a franchise qb would of course trump all...but that aint happening anytime soon....

thus i couldnt agree more that what they need to do is build thru the draft starting with the front seven on defense...copy the 49ers plan where you get athletic playmakers that can stop the other team from scoring pts then work out from there

of course like you said the chances of howie ever pulling off something like that are slim and become even slimmer when you factor in that the future of the franchise was handed to a college flash in the pan coach who doesnt know shtein about shtein other than his fancy offense of the moment system

and lol at ed donatell
