NFL Films, This is the NFL, NFL Yearbook, etc. were the highlights of the week/year pre internet. Couldn't wait for Saturday afternoon as a kid to watch This is the NFL with Pat Summerall and Tom Brookshire.

Having been to NFL flims quite a bit, its amazing what he built. (and thanks to them, I was on Under the Helmet doing a white boy dance on stage with the roots on national TV. No better stage to display my absolute lack of rhythm.)

Alex Karras was the shtein back in the day. He actually did MNF in the early 70's.

His role as Mongo in Blazing Saddles was priceless.
